The success and progress of your care is dependent on your commitment to the time you reserve on our schedule. We pledge to be conscious of how valuable your time is to you as ours is to us. At least a 24 hour notice will be expected if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to comply with this simple courtesy may incur a fee, at the discretion of the doctor. Every effort will be made to see all of our patients at their appointed time. As complications can arise during even routine dental procedures, if delays do occur it is because we are treating someone with the sane attentiveness which you can expect.

To effectively handle emergencies, we reserve emergency appointment time for patients with pain and other serious dental problems. These appointments cannot be filled more than 24 hours in advance.
