Dental Insurance is a contract between the insured (patient) and their Insurance Company. As an additional service to you we will file insurance claims on your behalf. Your benefits are determined by your employer, and are meant to aid you in paying for dental care. They usually do not pay 100% of treatment costs.  It will be your responsibility to pay any amount not covered by your benefits.
